Chest
Add extra storage to your bedroom with chests of drawers from R & J International Furniture - CA in Fresno, CA. Taller and narrower than a dresser, a chest is a great option when you need more drawer space without taking up as much wall width. Chests fit well in smaller bedrooms, children's rooms, walk-in closets, and anywhere you need vertical storage in a compact footprint. Our chests typically feature five or more drawers stacked vertically, giving you plenty of room for folded clothes, blankets, and accessories. Available in a variety of wood finishes and styles to coordinate with the rest of your bedroom furniture. A chest can work alongside a dresser to expand your total storage, or stand on its own in rooms where wall space is limited. Match it with a coordinating bed, nightstand, and dresser for a complete bedroom set. Browse our chest collection online or visit our showroom in Fresno. Delivery available.

Our Chest selection includes ACME West, chosen for a balance of quality, comfort, and value. Browse the collection to compare styles and finishes side by side.
What materials and finishes can I choose from?
This collection includes options in Wood, so you can match both your room's look and your household's needs.
How do I choose the right chest?
Start with how much you need to store, then compare drawer counts, door and shelf space, and whether the drawers glide smoothly. Measure the wall it will sit against and the doorways it must pass through before you buy. Want a second opinion? Just contact us.

Can I finance a chest?
Yes. We offer financing options on qualifying purchases, often with promotional low- or no-interest plans. Ask us about prequalifying so you can shop with a budget in mind.
Does my chest come with a warranty?
Most pieces are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, which typically protects against defects in materials and workmanship for a period that varies by brand and product. Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase, and contact us if you ever need to file a claim — we'll help you work with the manufacturer.
What if my chest arrives damaged?
Inspect it at delivery, and if anything isn't right, note it on the paperwork, snap a few photos, and contact us immediately. We'll coordinate a repair, replacement part, or return under our return policy.
